Whether it is in the classroom or working with a client, I am always looking for opportunities to create and facilitate connection, collaboration, and authentic engagement. Below are some examples of current and past projects and organizations with whom I’ve worked.
University of Southern California
As an associate professor of teaching, I design, develop, and teach in-person and online courses on organizational behavior, public and nonprofit leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
Awakening Seed School
Worked with board and staff to implement an executive leadership transition, facilitate a board assessment and development program, and create a strategic plan.
Assistance League National
Developed and presented workshops aimed at assessing national-level board governance and organizational capacity in order to create action plans for the future. Moderated the main plenary panel for their 2019 National Conference.
ICMA
Conducted research, convened thought leaders, and served as program manager for the International City/County Management Association’s Promoting Civic Engagement as a Leading Practice Initiative.
NASPAA
Created and delivered a panel presentation on excellence in online education at the national conference of the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration.
Keystone Montessori School
Designed and facilitated strategic planning workshops aimed at developing the organization’s vision and strategic priorities. Worked with Board to create a strategic roadmap for the future.
